Sahayaka Programs
The Sahayaka Program by Atma Prajna integrates seven key elements: Study, Tree, Food, Veda, Cow, Land, and Donation of Gold. This holistic approach nurtures personal and community well-being by promoting knowledge, environmental sustainability, food security, spiritual wisdom, and the nurturing of nature. Each aspect symbolizes a path toward balanced living, encouraging participants to cultivate self-awareness, spiritual growth, and a harmonious relationship with the Earth.
